Sunday Lunch Roast Beef. Five stars! First visit, we'll be back. Friendly. Clean. Comfortable (recently refurbished). Good food. Good service. Well kept Ale... top marks all round.

A Thursday meal for the two of us The restaurant is nicely done. If it has an issue it's that the route to the toilets passes through, so you get to see all the customers eventually. The menu is short with some pub favourites and a few more unusual. Everything well cooked and well presented. Not gastropub style, but way above bar snack level. Service was excellent, the young waitress / barmaid was cheerful, friendly and efficient. She's a great asset to the pub. Vegetarian options: One vegan option.

Great food and great service! They put us up as a huge family table of 10 which was really kind of them to do. Food was delicious and we were well looked after! Will definitely be back and would definitely recommend!
